Sometimes I really miss my country, Italy.
Sometimes, I just would like to wake up on a Sunday morning, going to the bar, order a coffee with a cornetto and few pastries to take away and eat later, at home, after a plate of homemade Lasagne.
That’s was our typical Sunday lunch, when I was younger, in my home-town in Italy.
Now, I recently found a place, in the heart of The Hague, that has all of this (and even more).
The place is called Duci, and it’s a pastry shop, but also a place where you can have your special private dinner with your exclusive chef, or where you can organize a special event.
Duci is born from the passion of Its owner, the Italian Elio, which origins are from the sunny land of Sicily.
I am literally in love with its authentic and special pastry, but he also produces home-made jam and cookies.
Finally, a place to taste some real Italian food which is perfect at any time of the day!
